Pre-Workout Meal:

If I don't eat in the morning, I get really low on energy during workouts & can't quite perform at my best. So, sure I'm still getting in-shape, but I'm not improving.

This is a basic meal that I'll do before morning workouts & on game days.

Fresh BROCCOLI - Always reminds me of ANTIOXIDANTS, which keeps my immune system strong & illness-FREE! Also is great for the skin & adds fiber to flush out any toxins.

Egg Whites: I think PROTEIN while I'm eating egg whites. Lots of muscle building protein, plus several other vitamins & minerals that are great for the body.

Fettuccine: Always need CARBOHYDRATES to keep my energy high !! Pasta adds that to your daily life, as well as other minerals. Try not to eat too much throughout the week, as I've read, the noodles can can contain lots of sodium/salt & saturated fats. Great in moderation.

Sunflower Seeds: When eating any seeds I think VITAMIN E. Another great ANTIOXIDANT, fighting off germs that cause dis-EASES & other cancer causing contagions.

LEMON WATER: The most important ! HYDRATION ! HYDRATION ! HYDRATION ! Lack of water in your body & diet is DEATH💀 ! Lemon water is great for flushing out toxins & keeping your body hydrated with minerals & vitamins (especially Vitamin C) - DRINK MORE WATER DAILY !!

When I eat well, I feel great !! My energy is high & my legs feel GREAT (which is most important in basketball - LEGS & LUNGS). When I have a week or month of great meals, rest & recover, I always end up having some of my best games ever. EAT WELL | #BeTheMVP of your own life! 🌿🍴🚶🏾
